What is your Return Policy?

 

 

Website Returns: 

Items ordered through our website may be returned. The following conditions apply:
- All items must be received in "As New" condition, labels intact, yarn still in the skein, no wear or damage.
- You will be refunded for the cost of the item(s), less credit card processing fees.

-There will be a 10% restocking fee charged for any item that is returned.
- Shipping is not refundable.

 

Items NOT eligible for return are:
All knitting needles/notions
Sale items
Personal Care items
Seasonal items

International orders:
Paperwork for all international orders will accurately reflect the cost and description of items shipped.

 

In Shop Returns:
Store credit or exchange is available with a valid receipt, within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
